As many of you know, Rider Dan Contant lost his Dad, who was also a paramedic, in 1988. I became his Big Brother through Porcupine Big Brothers & Big Sisters in Timmins in 1993. I could gush and often do with little provocation. Let's just say it is the ideal match that lives on to this day. I couldn't imagine my life without Dan in it. After a lot of moral support from a distance for his participation in the Ride, the time has come to get more directly involved by being part of the support team.
