Honoring the Sacrifices of Our Paramedics

Paramedics face some of the most difficult and heart-wrenching situations imaginable. Across Canada, 55 paramedics — including civilian, military, and search and rescue personnel — have tragically lost their lives in the line of duty. Our annual cycling event serves as a tribute to these heroes, honoring their sacrifice and offering a space for reflection, remembrance, and solidarity.

Our Mission: Support, Remember, and Heal

The Tour Paramedic Ride (TPR) brings paramedics together from across Canada to honor their fallen colleagues, share stories, and create a supportive community. The event provides a vital platform to speak openly about occupational mental health challenges, offering support to those struggling in silence. Our goal is to build a national memorial in Ottawa to recognize paramedics lost in the line of duty. In addition, since our first ride in 2013, we’ve expanded our outreach to support organizations that provide vital services for paramedics facing mental health challenges.

While rider registration fees help cover event costs, the generosity of sponsors like you is essential in ensuring these events run smoothly and achieve their mission.
